What A great little radio at a great price picks up alot of stations my other radios dont get.The sound is very clean as well and at this price it cant be beat.Well worth the dollars i spent on it.Quality at a good price.
This isn't the greatest radio, but its a pretty good value for the price. Reception can be a little weak at times, but it's still does a good job most of the time.
The sound quality is of course typical of a little radio, but for listening to news and talk shows, it can't be beat. This little transistor radio gets great reception -- I can even get two different FM NPR stations inside my house. I did notice if I'm walking around in the house with it, the reception goes in and out; I suppose that's typical.
Pocket radios are fairly hard to find nowadays, and this made the perfect gift for my mother. The tuning is great and the volume is outstanding for such a small unit.
The only complaint I have is that the volume level just barely allows me to listen to it at work. I chose this radio because I must have a battery-operated model. This little radio works pretty well. I work in a warehouse, and the noise level is pretty high, so I have to be standing directly in front of the radio in order to be able to hear the music at all.
